I’m Kate, a certified coach and leadership development specialist.

In a nutshell, I help ambitious people grow their impact in their life and work.

Exactly what this looks like differs for everyone but what underpins our work is the recognition that life is short and a desire for work to feel additive and sustainable rather than draining.

I partner with individuals and teams to explore where their effort can be re-focussed for better performance, results and ultimately, deeper connection and greater fulfilment.

My background

I came to this work from the creative and fast-paced world of advertising, where I spent almost two decades at two of London’s largest advertising agencies, AMV BBDO and Saatchi & Saatchi.

I led high performing teams to design and deliver global campaigns for a range of iconic brands including Mars, Pepsico, Diageo, Sainsbury’s and Mercedes.

My love of working closely with people, coupled with my interest in professional development led me into the world of coaching and leadership development and I am fortunate to have started the second chapter of my career doing work that brings me great joy and reward.

I am professionally accredited by the ICF and certified with the Coaches Training Institute who are renowned for being the most rigorous coach training and certification program in the industry.
I have provided more than 500 hours of coaching to individuals and groups so far and my love and passion for this work continues to grow.
I’m experienced in leading large cross-functional teams and working with a variety of global businesses in FMCG, food and beverages, automotive and retail. I understand the responsibility and demands of leadership and work with you to define and become the leader you want to be.
You come to coaching to take action and create change. I partner with you to get clear on what you want to achieve and support you in designing and navigating the path to get there. I have a broad toolkit that will deepen your learning and heighten your discoveries on the way. I will be both your champion and challenger, holding you true to your goals and working with you to reach or even exceed them!
Harmony between your life and work is a key ingredient for success and it’s something I’ve worked hard to create for myself. I help you to define how you want your life and work to interact and to create a relationship between the two that allows you to stay well and work sustainably.
My background in advertising influences the way I coach and work with teams. It’s important to me that we have fun together and create colourful new possibilities as we explore the bright lights and dark corners of your life and work.
I’m human, just like you, and I bring my curiosity, innate enthusiasm and a belief that you are creative and resourceful to every session.
I live in the countryside with my family and love escaping to nature for nourishment. I’m a certified yoga teacher and weave breathing and grounding exercises into our work where needed.
