Career Change Coaching Programme
A structured, supportive way to navigate your next career chapter
If you’re an experienced professional feeling uncertain about what comes next in your career, you’re not alone.
Many of my clients come to me at a point where things still look ‘successful’ on the outside but internally, something no longer feels aligned.
You might be considering a career change, returning to work after a break, or simply trying to make sense of what you want next.
Whatever brings you here, this programme is designed to help you move from uncertainty to clarity and from procrastination to confident action.
When work no longer fits like it used to…
Career change rarely happens all at once. For most people, it begins quietly.
A role that once felt engaging can start to feel misaligned. Priorities shift. Confidence drops. And what used to feel manageable may now feel increasingly draining.
Many of the professionals I work with describe a similar experience:
Work that no longer feels as energising as it once did
A growing sense of doubt, even with a strong track record
A desire for something more meaningful for this stage in their life
A feeling that continuing as things are is not sustainable long term
Moments of imagining change, alongside uncertainty about what that should look like
This doesn’t mean anything has gone wrong.
More often, it’s a sign of personal development; of experience, values and perspective evolving over time.
At this point, many people begin to step back and reflect more intentionally on what they want next,
and what needs to change in order to move forward with clarity and confidence.
This programme gives you a structured space to step back, think clearly, and make intentional decisions about your next chapter.
Together, we focus on three things:
How career coaching helps
Clarity
Understanding what’s driving your dissatisfaction and what you actually want next.
Confidence
Rebuilding trust in your experience, skills, and decision-making.
Direction
Turning insight into a realistic, actionable plan for change.
This isn’t about rushing decisions. It’s about making the right ones with confidence.

Frequently asked questions about
changing career and the programme:
-
In my opinion, backed by experience of working with my clients, it’s never too late to make a change. Many professionals successfully navigate midlife career change by building on existing strengths and experience rather than abandoning them. This is why the first phase of the programme is designed to establish the wealth of knowledge, passion and experience that you already have.
-
Not necessarily. Career transition coaching often reveals that recalibration, rather than reinvention, is what’s needed.
-
Every situation differs, but this structured programme is designed to move from clarity to action within six months. It requires you to prioritise this process and make time for the homework exercises that are linked to each session.
-
You should expect to spend one hour every fortnight on the 1:1 coaching sessions and up to an hour a week on the homework.
